  • Payment information (via PayPal or Stripe)

  • Application documents (CV, references, cover letter, etc.), insofar as necessary for the fulfilment of the order

No further storage or use takes place.

  • to create, process and send individual application documents,

  • for invoicing and payment processing,

  • to comply with statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law).

The data will not be used for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties.

4. Hosting via Hostinger

Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. The hosting service provider processes technical data (e.g. IP addresses, access times, server logs) on our behalf, which is necessary for the provision and security of the website.

A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Hostinger.

5. Deletion of applicant data

All application documents and personal data that you provide to us for the fulfilment of your order will be used exclusively for the processing of your order and will be deleted immediately after the service has been provided in full and the statutory retention obligations have expired.

No data will be stored in external databases or for later reuse.

6. Payment processing via PayPal and Stripe

Payment processing is carried out via the external payment service providers PayPal (PayPal Europe S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.) and Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.).

As part of the payment process, the necessary data (e.g. name, email address, payment details) is transmitted to the respective payment service providers. The further processing of the data by these providers is subject to their respective privacy policies:

10. Duration of storage

  • Invoice and tax-related data will be stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods (6–10 years).

  • Application documents and other data relating to the order will be deleted immediately after the order has been fulfilled, as described in section 5.
